- Connect laptop to PLC and upload code
- Check the processor status.
- Log and clear any minor faults on PLC and networks.
- CPU check processes are in operation and there are no alarms.
- Check battery status and confirm no alarms.
- Confirm PLC code remains as built revision.
- Confirm status lamps are cards are green.
- Confirm communications to remote PLC’s and outstations.
- Confirm no alarms present on processors.
- Confirm no alarms present on the input and output modules.
- Visual inspection of all components within PLC cabinet.
- Measure and record battery charger volts of each charger.
- Confirm generator control panels communication to PLC.
- Record network configuration.
- Check network status and inspect event logs.
- Ensure panels are in good condition.
Store the uploaded copy of the on site PLC logic and HMI / SCADA software.
Remote PLC Outstation Panel
- Check battery status and confirm no alarms.
- Confirm status lamps are cards are green.
- Confirm communications to main PLC.
- Confirm no alarms present on the input and output modules.
- Visual inspection of all components within cabinet.
- Measure and record battery charger volts of each charger.
- Check network status.
- Ensure panels are in good condition.
Local and Remote PLC HMI or SCADA Screen
- Connect laptop and upload software.
- Inspect for damage and functionality on Screen/keypad.
- Measure and record battery charger volts of each charger.
- Report and record HMI / SCADA alarms and events.
- Confirm all screen displays are visual
Report
Produce a detailed report of the PLC system in PDF format.
