Connect to site PLC system upload PLC code.

Master PLC Control Panel 

  • Connect laptop to PLC and upload code
  • Check the processor status.
  • Log and clear any minor faults on PLC and networks.
  • CPU check processes are in operation and there are no alarms.
  • Check battery status and confirm no alarms.
  • Confirm PLC code remains as built revision.
  • Confirm status lamps are cards are green.
  • Confirm communications to remote PLC’s and outstations.
  • Confirm no alarms present on processors.
  • Confirm no alarms present on the input and output modules.
  • Visual inspection of all components within PLC cabinet.
  • Measure and record battery charger volts of each charger.
  • Confirm generator control panels communication to PLC.
  • Record network configuration.
  • Check network status and inspect event logs.
  • Ensure panels are in good condition.

 

Store the uploaded copy of the on site PLC logic and HMI / SCADA software.

Remote PLC Outstation Panel 

  • Check battery status and confirm no alarms.
  • Confirm status lamps are cards are green.
  • Confirm communications to main PLC.
  • Confirm no alarms present on the input and output modules.
  • Visual inspection of all components within cabinet.
  • Measure and record battery charger volts of each charger.
  • Check network status.
  • Ensure panels are in good condition.

 

Local and Remote PLC HMI or SCADA Screen

  • Connect laptop and upload software.
  • Inspect for damage and functionality on Screen/keypad.
  • Measure and record battery charger volts of each charger.
  • Report and record HMI / SCADA alarms and events.
  • Confirm all screen displays are visual

 

Report

Produce a detailed report of the PLC system in PDF format.
